Brits: Life is too complicated

Over half the population believe that their life is too complicated, according to research by car insurance firm Admiral.
The company found that 52 per cent of people thought that there was too much going on in their lives. Many have highlighted the strains of managing money and not being able to strike a balance between work and social life.
Whilst women thought their lives were more complex than men, people living in the North East topped the regional list with three in five claiming complications in their every day routine.
The causes of the stress were varied with 36 per cent stating that managing money had become a major concern, while 24 per cent said that family life caused complications. Recent research by Aviva found that family was increasing as 62 per cent of parents admitted worrying about finances.
Dave Halliday, Admiral acting managing director, said: "Unsurprisingly, managing money is at the top of the list as with a seemingly endless list of outgoings, it can be tricky to keep on top of everything, particularly when trying to balance work and family life at the same time."
