Survey reveals top holiday grumbles

Being forced to pay extra for using debit and credit cards or mobiles abroad has come top in a poll of holiday irritations among Brits.
The survey by the Post Office revealed six out of ten holiday grumbles were related to being ripped off.
Things that annoyed British holidaymakers included feeling pressured to leave a tip even when service is poor, the perception that tourists pay higher rates than other customers and the cost of exchanging money.
Helen Warburton, head of travel at the Post Office, said there are ways to cut down on unnecessary expenses when abroad.
She advised: "Keep the phone for emergencies, turn the answer machine facility off to avoid expensive incoming calls and get holiday cash in advance, without paying commission or incurring high ATM charges."
Elsewhere, CPP has warned keeping personal information and leaving web browser history on your mobile phone can leave you more susceptible to fraud.
