Brits struggling with loans and debt 'have options'

There are plenty of options available for people struggling with loans and debt, according to Yvonne Goodwin Wealth Management.

The company said that it is important Brits organise their finances and decide where they feel they could make savings in the future.

Yvonne Goodwin, managing director at the organisation, added: "Call one of the debt charities such as the Citizens Advice Bureau or Consumer Credit Counselling Service, rather than a firm that you'll have to pay. They can speak to your creditors and negotiate on your behalf."

She said that the main thing is people get control of their loans and debt problems.

Save Our Savers recently stated that Brits should only ever use payday loans as a last resort if all other forms of borrowing are unavailable to them.

Jason Riddle, co-founder of the firm, added these types of loans are extremely expensive because of their high interest rates.
