Mill House Veterinary Surgery and Hospital in Norfolk was awarded the practice of the year honour for its high level of service and reputation for taking pride in its work.
In addition, Louise Want of Warwickshire's Feldon Veterinary Centre won the nurse of the year accolade, while in Devon Kingsteignton Veterinary Group's Carol Dawson scooped the receptionist of the year gong.
