GEM Motoring Assist

Originally established in 1932 as the Company of Veteran Motorists to combat the increasing number of road accidents, GEM Motoring Assist today is the UK's leading driver based road safety association with around 70,000 members. All set a good example on the road by agreeing to drive with care, courtesy and concentration. GEM has a road safety charity which funds the campaigning and road safety activities. Gem provides breakdown cover at a low cost, and with over 6000 recovery vehicles and three options you are able to choose a plan that is suited to your needs and budget. You automaticly become a member of the GEM Club when you subscribe to a breakdown service and this comes with many benefits including a lively quarterly magazine, Good Motoring; free road safety and motoring advice, a wide range of information leaflets, and discounts on many services such as: insurance, vehicle inspections, airport parking and a host of others. GEM aims to improve safety for all road users through the sponsorship and initiation of accident prevention measures throughout the UK.
